House Relocation FAQ
1. What are the house moving services that you provide?
Our house moving services includes bonded truck, skilled manpower to perform your packing and moving, quality packing materials such as double corrugated boxes and stretch films and bubble wrap and other valued added services such as packing and wrapping and dismantling and reassembling of furniture.
2. Why are your charges really high?
Here's why we charge higher. Quality doesn't comes cheap. We use bonded trucks that are well kept, clean and secured with GPS tracker. We supply professional manpower who knows how to wrap and pack your most fragile items. They are also skilled in dismantling and reassembling your furniture. We rely on quality packing materials to keep your items safe. Do you value your items as much as we value them for you?
3. Do you move to another state?
Yes, we can relocate you to any state within Malaysia except Sabah and Sarawak.
4. Can you perform a site survey?
At the moment we are trying to limit site surveys. With your help, we may be able to estimate accurately the charges based on the pictures you send to us. We accept pictures through WhatsApp. Please WhatsApp to 016-9188541 if you need a quote urgently.
Car Relocation FAQ
1. What documents are required to book my car relocation from Port Klang to East Malaysia?
In order to confirm your booking, we need 3 documents:
1. IC (front and back)
2. Car Grant (front and back)
3. Bank release letter (if the vehicle is still under loan)
The documents can be send to us via email or WhatsApp. You can WhatsApp to 016-9188541 (24 hours a day).
2. How long before I can expect to receive my car?
Estimate time of arrival is within 2 week. Sometimes vessel may be delayed for various reasons. However, it is very rare vessel will be delayed.
3. Do you provide pick up and delivery service?
Yes we do. Additional charges will apply. You may need us to provide us full address of pick up and delivery should you require this service.
4. Is it required for me to purchase insurance?
We always advise our customers to purchase insurance. However, insurance is optional. We provide insurance coverage for your vehicle based on the vehicle's value.
5. Can I place additional items in my vehicle and then transport it?
We strongly discourages placement of any personal items into the vehicles and will not be held responsible for any losses or damage to personal items placed in the vehicle. All personal items which are placed in the vehicle is shipped under the shipper's own risk. Customs reserves the right to confiscate the items or penalize the customer/client in the event that personal items are not declared according to legal requirements. Electrical items are strictly not allowed to place inside the vehicle.
6. What is the difference between RORO and container?
RORO stands for Roll On Roll Off. It is the cheapest method to transfer your car by sea across to East Malaysia. Container is much pricier and not recommended unless you have other household items you wish to include in your shipment.
